People who wish to become members have to register for the protected area.
Members are researchers who contribute results or reports etc. about their research projects.
The members have certain rights for contributing content, e.g. articles, dates etc., within a certain field of the website. To do so, you do not need any knowledge in html programming or other internet technology. After logging in you are connected to a text editor where you can write or upload texts, other files, pictures etc.
The registration is checked by the website's administrator to avoid that unauthorized people have access to the website and may misuse it.
